Our Story

We had an idea of what we thought would make an amazing power-base for advanced applications. The entire design is centered around the heaviest portions of any power wheelchair, the batteries. Other designs distribute this weight the exact same way. We decided to try something different. The ROVI X3's chassis is designed around 2, MK Group 34 batteries and 2, Electrocraft 4-pole motors. We thought if we increased the center of gravity we could deliver a narrow base that's a real powerhouse! Our breakthrough happened when testing found that our design not only created a nimble base...this concept also significantly enhances stability. Pairing this idea with a powerful drive-train and our patented ARC suspension, delivers a power-base that needs to be driven to be fully appreciated.

We believe Motion Concepts has the best seating and power positioning products available, so it made a lot of sense to us to approach them while the ROVI X3 was just an idea.
